In the event that you are unable to attend a retreat, your payment can be applied to another retreat date, subject to availability and at our discretion. Special Conditions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial credit or an alternative arrangement. Documentation or proof of the circumstance may be required. Special conditions are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
