At Vibrantly Transformed, we value the trust and commitment of our clients and strive to offer clarity and transparency regarding our refund and return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully before making a booking or purchase. All payments for Retreats and Resets are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend a Retreat or participate in a Reset, your payment can be applied to another Retreat or Reset date, subject to availability and at our discretion.

Special Conditions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial credit or an alternative arrangement. Documentation or proof of the circumstance may be required. Special conditions are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
